CRYSTAL SYNTHETIC ENAMEL
CRYSTAL SYNTHETIC ENAMEL is an oil modified alkyd-based enamel paint, specially formulated for interior and exterior metal, wood and wall surfaces giving them a toch of brilliance and breathing colorful life into your home, This matt finish paint will provide a lasting beauty even in harsh weather and help to prevent fungus growth.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Metal
Surface must be dry and free from dirt, grease and other contaminants. Ferrous substrate should be sanded or wire-brushed to remove mill scales and rust. Clean off and dry.
Previously Painted Surfaces
Wood & Metal
Any loose and flaking paint film must be scraped off. Defective areas should be sanded and smoothened. For ferrous substrates. rust should be removed thoroughly. The entire surface must finally be dry and free from dirt. grease and other contaminants. The scraped areas should be spot-primed prior to painting
APPLICATION DATA
Drying Time :Touch Dry: 2 hours.
(Dependent on temperature and humidity)
Hard Dry:45-60 minutes.
Recoating Interval :16 hours.
Coverage :13 - 15m2 per liter per coat.

For Optimum Results(wood) :Apply 1 Coat of Primer and 1 coat of Undercoat before applying Crystal synthetic enamle
For Optimum Results(Steel & Iron) :Apply 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer and 1 coat of Zinc Chromate Primer and 1 coat of Undercoat before applying Crystal synthetic enamle
For Optimum Results(Aluminium and Galvanized Iron) :Apply 1 Coat of Etching Primer and 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer and 1 coat of Zinc Chromate Primer and 1 coat of Undercoat before applying Crystal synthetic enamle

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
.Stir well before use.
.Application can be done by brush, roller or spary.
.Thin (by volume) up to 10-15% with white spirit or mineral turpentime oil for brush, or roller application, 15-20% for conventional air spary.Clean up all equipment with white spirit or mineral turpentine oil immendiately
